What if I don't have questions every week?
That's completely fine. Some months you'll use this constantly. Other months you might only need one call and a couple quick questions. You're paying for peace of mind and access so that when you do need strategic support, you have it immediately instead of spiraling for three days or booking a $2K intensive.
Is this the same as a VIP day or intensive?
No. A VIP day or intensive is for building or rebuilding your brand foundations. Brand Concierge is for after you've done that work and you're in execution mode. This is ongoing support for the decisions that come up while you're running your business, creating content, updating offers, and showing up consistently.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you're on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime and you'll have access through the end of your billing cycle. If you're on the quarterly plan, you're committed for three months and then you can cancel or continue monthly after that.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Anything related to brand, messaging, content, offers, or marketing. Or even just general business questions! Does this headline work? Is this sales page too long? Should I add this to my homepage? Is this Instagram post on brand? Does this offer positioning make sense? If it's related to how you show up, how you sell, or how you communicate your value, you can ask.
What if I need more than one call per month?
You can book additional Quick Fix Calls for $149 each. Most members find that one call per month plus voice note access is more than enough, but if you're in a heavy execution phase and need more live support, you can add calls as needed.
